Who is a good candidate for a PicoWay Skin Resurfacing treatment?
The ideal candidate is looking to bring back the youthful glow. This treatment is generally safe for all skin types, including darker tones because of its picosecond technology, which means less heat is generated. However, the skin must be out of the sun for 2 weeks prior to the treatment.
How quickly will I see results?
Results can appear as soon as a few weeks post treatment but skin cells generally take up to 6 months to see a complete turn over. Additional results can be achieved with subsequent treatments.
How long does a Laser Facial treatment take?
Laser Facial treatments take approximately 45-60 minutes.
How long will my results last?
Results can be permanent if the skin is properly taken care of with the correct skin care regimen and SPF. For most skin concerns, we recommend completing a series of 3-5 treatments, once a month. After the desired results have been achieved, in order to counter your skin's continual aging and exposure to skin damaging environments, we recommend treatment once per year to keep up the results.
