Pre-care
Before your treatment, it is best to have clean skin. Please avoid sunburn or recent injectables in the area, and discontinue the use of Retinol products for 3-10 days. The treated area must be free of tattoos. We will ask that you come in early to ensure your skin is clean and give you a packet of numbing cream to ensure your treatment is more comfortable. Please let us know beforehand if you have an allergy to lidocaine or other topical skin-numbing medications.
Post-care
After your Microneedling treatment, do not touch your skin unless you have washed your hands first. Avoid the gym or other places that may have an excess of germs. You will receive a list of safe products over the next 48 hours, and depending on your skin concerns, some products may be highlighted as optimal in achieving your desired results. Please avoid sun and heat for 48 hours, but also wear sunscreen as just driving home still places you under UV rays.

Microneedling can be used on stretch marks and light scars to help reduce the appearance over time.

The length of a Microneedling treatment will vary depending on the area of treatment, but most clients can expect the session to last 30-60 minutes.
Microneedling is safe, but there are always risks with any procedure – notifying us if you have any skin or blood conditions before treatment is essential. Hello Laser’s staff is trained and certified to perform these services with the highest safety standards in the industry. Our needles and tips are individually wrapped, sterile, one-time-use items. We use hospital-grade cleaners for our equipment and wear gloves while preparing for and performing your treatment.
Normal expectations for this treatment would be redness for a day or two, pinpoint bleeding, possible bruising, and pinpoint scabs a day or so later. The skin may feel warm and tight, and your Hello Laser technician will advise you not to touch your face with dirty hands to prevent germs from entering the micro injuries we just created. After a few hours, the injuries will have closed up.
Results can appear as soon as 4 weeks post treatment but skin cells generally take up to 6 months to see a complete turn over.
Results can be permanent if the skin is properly taken care of with the correct skin care regimen and SPF. We recommend treatment 1-4 times per year to keep up the results.
Downtime can vary from person to person and depending on the upgrades you choose. Using AnteAGE stem cell serum can speed up the down time and last only 3-5 days. HA microneedling treatment you should expect 5-7 days post treatment for your skin to return to normal.

At Hello Laser, we use AnteAGE MD growth factors and cytokines from stem cells harvested from the bone marrow of young, healthy, pre-screened adult donors. The cells are cultured in a laboratory that produces the bio-signals needed for skin repair and rejuvenation. The growth factors and cytokines are extracted, and the cell is discarded. This serum is 100% free of inflammatory cells, cell fragments, RNA, or DNA. These same human growth factors and cytokines are also included as the “hero” ingredients in our home care products to help continue your anti-inflammatory skin care regimen at home.
There are a lot of products out there with stem cell ingredients. Still, for the most part, they are from plant cells, animal cells, or human adipose (fat) cells and are not as versatile, as young and healthy, or as effective for antiaging as the growth factors and cytokines from bone marrow stem cells.
